Used factory steering wheel fits 76-86 Jeep Cj5 Cj7 Cj8.
* this will NOT fit your 72-75 CJ5
This is the hard black plastic steering wheel and this one has no cracks.
Color is black.
Horn button works.
This is in good shape but its not new. Black plastic is a little faded and has some scuffs around the outer edge.
You will receive what  is pictured.
