You are purchasing a replacement magnet for the
Kuhnke™ steering lock solenoid on 2003+ Range Rover L322 models. If your key wont turn in the ignition lock the
Kuhnke™ solenoid is usually stuck or broken and in some cases this is caused by a broken/cracked mini magnet in the solenoid. This replacement magnet will fix that issue as the solenoid itself is not available for purchase and a new or used steering column is 0-00. This magnet MUST be installed with the same polarity as the one that is removed.
***this repair requires a degree of expertise and there are many videos and "how to's" available on how to remove the solenoid from the column and inspect it- not all stuck solenoids will need a magnet so please check first***
